large flat area of land which is roughly rectangular with the
smaller sides of the rectangle to the East and West and the
longest sides facing North and South.
The Northern end of the
rectangle faces the Talisay real estate sales beach and is lined about ½ its length by a
stand of mature Coconut Palms surrounded by Bermuda Grass, thus
making landscaping very easy.

that I know of, but the vegetation and topography of the island
make it certain that there is ground water, most probably at the
base of the largest hill where there is a small depression.
