I meant to tell you for a long time, how pleased I am with the property we
bought from you, The Pacific Shores. I had been longing to retire in a
community that is overlooking the sea so I can watch the sunset and the
sunrise from my balcony on my retirement days. I wanted a place that is more
secured, gated, away from the traffic of the City, and I wanted a small
community so it would be easier for me to know all my neighbors and the
smaller the community the more I reserved my
privacy and my security.
Years ago, even before Pacific Shores was born, I was already planning to
buy a used house & lot in Palmas Del Mar. I love Palmas Del Mar. and The
Lizares family, especially John Marie. He made the resort so beautiful and
well maintained that it attracts so much attention with the Bacolodnon based
abroad.
Most of all, I decided to purchase a property in Pacific Shores, because the
developer is a trusted name. When I learned that there is a small seaside
community around 10 hectares outside Bacolod City and was owned and operated
by the Lizares. I did not hesitate and purchase the property immediately.
I can not wait to build my own home, in Pacific Shores. I also would like to
add that the staffs and employees of Mr. John Marie Lizares, especially
Michelle Balila do not only treat me as a client but as a relative. She
keeps me informed of the development of my future retirement home. I am
looking forward to my retirement which will be just around the corner.

A quiet and safe place, has security, a vacation house, a home.. We were looking for the perfect place for our family, until we found the pacific shore that has all these qualities. One of the reason why we invest here is its good location, which is accessible to the hospital, airport and shopping mall. And all the good amenities that catches our attention. Other than that, they’re giving a long year term to build our house. It ‘s really a good catch!

When I first saw Pacific Shores I knew this was the place I had been looking for. A small ocean front gated subdivision, with security guard. Best of all is the view of the sunsets, and when the skies are just right you just can't beat them. That is why I picked a lot that would give me a great view of the sunsets from my balcony, and also I will be close to the club house and pool. So now while my house in under construction I can only wait until I can move in and start enjoying the life that some only dream of.

Well, we're lookin a residential property and I went to the internet to find some good locations in Bacolod to buy as an investment and I found the website of pacific shores and I was amazed with the location and amenities to be put up . We did'nt think twice to inquire about it from the office and talked to Michelle.We didn't have any skepticism to buy right away. We're very excited to live in there coz we believed that it's more relaxing and peaceful to be away from the traffic and pollution. Aside from the place that is very classy & affordable it is a good place for people who want a healthier environment.
